Znicrm is looking for a data-driven and innovative Growth Marketing Manager to scale our user acquisition, optimize funnels, and drive sustainable growth across all digital channels. If you are passionate about experimentation, performance metrics, and turning insights into growth strategies — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (paid ads, SEO, email, product-led growth, partnerships).
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve CAC, ROAS, and retention goals.
• Build, test, and scale experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to execute high-impact growth initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, track key KPIs, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Identify and test new growth channels to expand reach and increase conversions.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize landing pages, creatives, and messaging.
• Track and analyze the data for each individual campaign, and the campaigns against each other.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data tools (GA4, Data Studio, HubSpot/CRM…).
• Proven track record in scaling acquisition channels and improving CAC/LTV.
• Experience running experiments, A/B tests, and funnel optimizations.
• Solid understanding of paid ads (Meta/Google), SEO, and lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to think strategically while executing rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in SaaS, CRM, or B2B tech is a strong advantage.• Experience in ERP, CRM is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
